Randi Soltero, LCSW

For the past five years, I’ve served kids, teens, and families in Las Vegas as they work through trauma. I founded Heart for Healers to create a space where healing happens through connection—with ourselves, with safe others, and with God.

My approach blends evidence-based practices like EMDR and IFS with openness to spirituality for those who want it. As a highly sensitive person, I understand the need for a slower, gentler pace—especially for those who are neurodivergent or easily overwhelmed. Clients often tell me they feel safe with me because I don’t rush, while still offering steady guidance to help them move forward.

I am committed to seeing every client move toward full recovery from trauma and stress—beyond coping, beyond symptom management—into lasting transformation and the deep confidence that God is present in their healing.

Outside of sessions, you’ll find me serving on my church’s worship and prayer teams, tucked into a novel with one of my two book clubs, or searching for the perfect matcha latté.
